Villa Carlotta, located in Tremezzo, a XVIII century building, became the property of Gian Battista Sommariva who collected important works by Antonio Canova and Luigi Acquisti.
Villa del Balbianello is a building located in Lenno. The villa is located on the tip of the peninsula of Lavedo, a promontory that goes into Lake Como and that from the building took the name "Balbianello".
The island Comacina is the only island of Lake Como located in front of Ossuccio, in correspondence with the inlet on the west coast of the Como branch between Argegno and the Lavedo peninsula, in the waters in front of the Zoca de l'oli.

Bolvedro is part of the commune of Tremezzina and offers visitors numerous attractions. Not only the Villa Carlotta with its Italian park and a large collection of sculptures is fascinating. You will also find numerous cafes and restaurants in Tremezzo and the surrounding villages. The ferry offers you the possibility to explore the lake fully.

Our apartment is located directly on the greenway - a beautiful hiking trail that leads through the villages around the lake and into the mountains.
